Shipping policy

All items are sent by canada post / Chitchats / purolator / UPS depending on the options picked at checkout .

If you want to have tracking with your order please use a shipping method with tracking at checkout

Please check current processing time before ordering in order to know around how much time I need to create your order at the moment. ( usually around 2-3 weeks but check at the top of the website to see what it's like more exactly at the moment) 

When ordering your are responsible for any import fees / duties / tarrif fees that may apply to your order once it reaches your country.  

If package are returned due to unpaid import / wrong adress / unclaimed package you will need to pay shipping gain to have them reshipped . If the error is on my part or the shipping company part I will pay for the resend
